1. Booking & Appointments

All tattoo sessions require a prior consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your design, placement, and size to provide an accurate quote.

2. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during your consultation and is deducted from the final price of your tattoo.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is always welcome with reasonable notice.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of your appointment.

5. Health & Safety

We maintain the highest hygiene standards. All equipment is either single-use or sterilized in an autoclave. We use 100% vegan, certified inks. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications before your session.

6. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for the best results. You will receive detailed aftercare instructions after your session. We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

7. Liability

Tattooing involves inherent risks including allergic reactions, infection, and scarring. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge these risks. We take every precaution to minimize them.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
